![]() ![]() Its currently a work in progress, but its basically the old UI with new features. So, I decided to work on my own version of the program ( ). The path names are meh, like "q", what does that mean? Thats a minor issue though, tbh it doesnt really matter There was no way to download the videos to a specific directory in the server its being run on There was no way to download it through the browser, onto the machine you are browsing with There was no way to authenticate users and restrict access to only people you want to access it The assets were downloaded via a CDN and were not locally stored However, when I tried out the server application on my own machine to test it, I was disappointed in a few ways. Earlier, I saw another redditor was using an application called youtube-dl-server ( ) which greatly interested me.
